All photos are 8X10 glossy. These are actual high quality photos, not laser prints. We use Konica which is a very nice high quality paper. Konica is a very popular brand name very similar to Kodak.
We select every item carefully before adding it to our inventory. Our goal is NOT to be the biggest, but to offer the best products and offer the best service in the industry. If for some reason you do not get what you wanted, don't worry... We have the BEST guarantee in the business.

We have taken every step to keep our customer service levels high. We take pride in our product and feel we can offer this guarantee to our customers without any concern.
We fully guarantee your satisfaction with our product or we will except your return and send you alternative photos, or send your money back upon request. We ask that you return the items you are not satisfied with, in original condition within 10 days. We understand that every one has different taste. If the product is not exactly what you want then we would rather take it back than loose you as a good customer.
We also guarantee to deliver the photos you order. If the photo is not in stock, we will print it immediately to fill your order. THAT'S RIGHT! NO CREDIT SLIPS! If an item for some reason is no longer available we will contact you for an alternate or issue a refund on that item.
