SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship within three business days of receiving your order. In most cases we are able to achieve this goal.
SHIPPER All orders are sent via USPS. Domestic orders are $4.00 per order and International orders are $7.00. We always send First Class, which means larger orders will be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day service. When sending Priority Mail we always purchase the tracking option. We feel the tracking option holds them accountable for the shipping times as well offers our customers a little more service if they are concerned about the package and or shipping times.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING We can send your order Express Mail, which is an overnight option for $15 per order. International customers will be charged the rate in which it costs us. Please contact us for details. Please note Overnight shipping is not always overnight. Depending on the location the package is going; it may take two days. Please also note it may still take three days for your order to be sent. Express option does not jump your order out of sequence for filling.
INSURANCE Any order over $50 will be insured at no additional cost to you, and will probably require a signature at time of delivery. If you require insurance for packages valued under $50 please contact us for price.
OTHER SHIPPING METHODS Although we do not prefer to use an alternative carrier in most cases, we may be able to upon request. We will charge you what they charge us. This will result in two separate transactions on your credit card. Please contact us for details.
